Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge John Solien on Feb. 4, 5,7, 11 and 12:

Anna  M. Anderson, 40, Parker’s Prairie, pleaded guilty to issue dishonored check; pay $254.

Kevin E. Nielsen, 55, McGregor, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree DWI; serve 90 days, credit for time served; STS/Huber allowed; pay $1,007; get chemical use assessment; attend Mothers Against Drunk Driving Impact Panel; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Charges of DWI, and violation of driver’s license restrictions were dismissed.

Toni R. Romig, 49, Aitkin, was convicted of theft; serve 90 days concurrent with another case; pay $1,012. Dismissed charges were rustling and livestock theft and theft.

Cynthia R. Wick, 45, Grand Rapids, was convicted of 2nd degree burglary-dwelling; serve 90 days, credit for 3 days; STS/Huber allowed; pay $212; DNA sample, cognitive skills training as recommended; no contact with victim; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks.

Dallon W. White, 28, Bemidji, was convicted of 3rd degree assault; credit for 3 days; pay $862; DNA sample; no contact with victim; complete anger assessment; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Charges of 1st degree burglary, terrorist threats and 5th degree assault were dismissed.

Robert P. Greer, 54, McGregor, was convicted of fleeing peace officer in motor vehicle and DWI refuse to test; serve 30 days, credit for 4 days; STS/Huber allowed; pay $137; DNA sample; attend MADD; get chemical use assesment; complete Sobriety Court; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were DWI (snowmobile or ATV) and Driving After Cancellation.

Kurt K. Renowski, 48, Deerwood, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of drugs; serve 30 days, credit for 14; serve 45 days on electronic monitoring; pay $1,000; cognitive skills training as directed; get Alcohol Problem Assessment; attend AA and NA if recommended.

Chico L. King, 39, Brooklyn Center, charged with obstruct legal process, had the matter continued without entry of guilt upon paying $500 costs of prosecution. Charges of felon convicted crime of violence-firearm violation, possess pistol/assault weapon and obstruct legal process were dismissed.

Shane P. Bailey, 34, McGregor, was convicted of DWI; committed to commissioner of corrections 65 months; credit for 43 days served; pay $137; DNA sample. Charges of DWI and DAC cancel Inimical to Public Safety were dismissed.

Carol A. Holm, 50, Aitkin, was convicted of check forgery; serve 30 days; pay $987, community service allowed for fine; DNA sample, no contact with victim. Two other check forgery charges were dismissed.
