The Minnesota Department of Human Services is hosting youth homelessness listening sessions throughout Minnesota’s rural communities. These sessions are hosted by the Otto Bremer Foundation and AEOA is co-hosting the session for Northeast Minnesota.

The session, open to all community members, will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 1-3:30 p.m. at the Virginia Youth Foyer. The Youth Foyer is located at 302 12th St. S. in Virginia.

This session will provide a chance to talk about what services community members want for youth.

This event is free and open to all community members. All those interested should RSVP to Beth Holder-Ambrose at beth.holger-ambrose@state.mn. us by Wednesday, Jan. 9. Lunch will be provided for those who RSVP.

Those with questions about the event can contact Lorrie Janatopoulos at lorrie.janatopoulos@aeao.org or 218-749-2912 ext. 259.
