Nolan, Cravaack agree to three debates

U.S. Congressman Chip Cravaack announced last week that his campaign will participate in three debates with his Democratic challenger, former Congressman Rick Nolan.

The first debate will be held Oct. 9 at 8 a.m. at Duluth Playhouse. The debate is sponsored by the Duluth Chamber of Commerce and the Duluth News Tribune.

The second debate on Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. will be broadcast by ABC affiliates statewide on "At Issue," KSTP's public affairs program. The show will be taped on Oct. 12.

The third debate will take place Oct. 16 at noon at Cambridge Campus of Anoka-Ramsey Community College. The debate is organized by Debate Minnesota and will be aired on MPR.
