The Bay Lake Area Lions invite children (infants through 12 years old) and parents/grandparents from the Cuyuna Range Elementary School (CRES), to a puppet show, face painting, lunch with Santa and a special gift on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Deerwood Auditorium.

Face painting will start at 11 a.m., Puppets without Borders will perform at 11:30 a.m., Santa will arrive and lunch will be served about noon. Every child can visit with Santa (parents are encouraged to take photos) and receive an age appropriate gift.

Invitations were sent in the CRES Friday Folders on Nov. 15; reservations must have been made by Nov. 22 through Teppi at CRES or The Deerstand, Deerwood; call or send a text reservation to 218-838-4652.

This event is sponsored by the Bay Lake Area Lions Club and The Deerstand, supported by Deerwood Civic and Commerce, the Deerwood Lakes and Garrison Lions Clubs and Deerwood Firemen’s Relief Foundation.
