Scott Roland Nash lost his life in Florence, Colo. June 17, 2019.

He was born in Crosby Nov. 9, 1971 to Victor and Philomene (Phyllis) Nash.

Scott attended school in Aitkin and spent most of his life working, training horses and farrier work and also working cattle on ranches in Texas and Colorado.

Scott was preceded in death by his sisters: Terry Anderson and Debbie Briggs.

Scott is survived by his wife, Deanna; daughters: Rylee Nash and Breanna Smallwood; grandchildren: Gemma Bush and Tommy Smallwood; father, Victor Nash; mother, Philomene (Phyllis) Cook and step-father, Bill Cook; sisters: Renee Nash, Margaret (Kevin) Noren, Carleen (Bob) Shackelford, Jenny Cook, Jessica (Roger) Forbes; brothers: Gary Nash, Patrick Nash, Paul (Beth) Nash; his horse, Beavis and dogs, Budbud and Bailey.

Services were held in Holt Chapel, Canon City, Colo. on June 28, 2019.

Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Morrison Twp., Aitkin, at a later date.
