On a RE/MAX Top Team Report for April, Jared Lundgren and his real estate team were ranked 20 of roughly 100 RE/MAX teams in Minnesota; excepting Wayzata, RE/MAX Northland is the only team in the top 25 list working from a city smaller than 22,000 people.

The report is based on residential commissions and ranks all RE/MAX teams in the state. According to the report, Lundgren’s team of four, after three years in business, surpassed some teams located in Plymouth, Rochester, Duluth, Minneapolis and St. Paul, cities over 30 times the size of Aitkin.

Lundgren’s team has achieved the RE/MAX Platinum Award level  for the last two years, meaning their commissions have totaled between $250,000-500,000 a year for both 2017 and 2018.

This isn’t Lundgren’s first business and likely won’t be his last. He has previously spent 15 years investing in real estate, and has started several other successful businesses in the state. He said in the future he plans to start another real estate office, likely in Florida, though it is too early to decide if it will be another RE/MAX  or a separate establishment.

When asked his secret to success, Lundgren joked, “I am tall, dark and handsome,” though on a serious note, he added, “I have surrounded myself with very talented people, they each have talents in different roles and it makes us a very well-rounded team.”
