Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding on Feb. 11, 12, 13, 18, 21 and 24; and Judge Sarah McBroom on Feb. 12:

Jerry A. Brockway III, 23, Aitkin, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 90 days; credit for 4 days served; pay $1,087. A charge of speeding 61/30 was dismissed.

Dylen M. Hargrove, 24, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI;  credit for 3 days; pay $1,587. Dismissed charges were expired registration, possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marla D. Hudson, 57, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; pay $162.

Katie J. Lee, 37, Spring Lake Park, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 60 days; credit for 17 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $662. Dismissed charges were two counts of felony 5th degree controlled substance possession.

Steven P. Nordean, 61, Aitkin, received a stay of imposition on Driving After Cancellation-Inimical to Public Safety; credit for 2 days; pay $587.

Annie Root-McIntosh, 30, Aitkin, was acquitted  of two counts of domestic assault.

Brianna J. Smith, 27, Bovey, was sentenced on driver must carry proof of insurance; pay $287. A similar charge was dismissed.

Coty C. Teal, 26, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days; credit for 4 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,087. Dismissed charges were 3rd degree DWI and open container.

Cody A. Moss, 25, Hill City, was sentenced on DAC-IPS; serve 10 days; credit for 58 days; pay $137. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Benjamin D. Waycaster, 41, Aitkin, was sentenced on felony threats of violence; committed to commissioner of corrections for 33 months; pay $200. A similar charge was dismissed.

Randall J. Ahern, 57, Baxter, received a stay of adjudication on duty to drive with due care; pay $300.

Andrea C. Borsetti, 38, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; credit for 2 days; pay $1,012. A similar charge was dismissed.

Shayne M. Bumann, 41, McGrath, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; pay $$262. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Hanka Dzaferovic, 50, Blaine, was sentenced on speeding 95/55; pay $287. A charge of careless driving was dismissed.

April G. Greene, 61, Federal Dam, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $287. A charge of speeding 73/55 was dismissed.

Amanda J. Hansen, 32, Ogema, received a stay of adjudication on felony theft, serve 15 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,671. Dismissed charges were felony theft of firearm, felony 2nd degree burglary and felony 1st degree criminal damage to property.

David M. Klumpner, 68, McGregor, received a stay of adjudication on fail to complete bear bait registration; pay $100. A charge of early/illegal bear bait station was dismissed.

Eric G. Laajala, 52, Blaine, received a stay of imposition on felony 2nd degree controlled substance possession; serve 365 days; credit for 5 days; pay $1,175. Dismissed charges were two counts of felony 5th degree controlled substance possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Egzon Murtezi, 29, Pittsburgh, Penn., was sentenced on speeding 65/60; pay $137.

Mariah N. Olson, 19, St. Cloud, received a stay of adjudication on obstruct legal process; 25 hours community service; pay $300. Dismissed charges were obstruct legal process, ATV operation crossing public road and disorderly conduct.

Mason L. Rohrer, 26, Big Lake,  was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 90 days; pay $1,087. A similar charge was dismissed.

Nicholas L. Rolfer, 28, Woodbury, was sentenced on fishing with extra line; pay $137.

Chad C. Streier, 41, Iron, was sentenced on giving peace officer false name; serve 5 days; pay $362. Dismissed charges were Driving After Revocation, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding 65/55.

Miigwan  L. Dalquist, 19, McGregor, was sentenced on driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; credit for 2 days; pay $137. Dismissed charges were fail to stop at stop sign and unlawful possession of legend drugs. Dalquist was also sentenced on possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle; credit for 2 days; pay $50. Dismissed charges were possession of drug paraphernalia and fail to deliver certificate of title.

Laine A. Horton, 18, McGregor, received a stay of adjudication on fail to yield upon entering roadway; pay $100.

Brandy L. Mathis, 42, Hibbing, was sentenced on violation of domestic abuse no contact order; credit for 2 days; pay $262. A charge of 3rd degree tampering with witness was dismissed.
