Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding on Jan. 28, 29, 30 and Feb. 3 and 5:

Jamie P. Anderson, 32, Duluth, received a stay of imposition on felony 3rd degree possession of 3 grams or more heroin; pay $1,162. He was also sentenced on 4th degree DWI; credit for 7 days served; pay $75. Dismissed charges were felony 3rd degree possession of methamphetamine, felony 4th degree controlled substance possession, 5th degree controlled substance possession and possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle.

Dealayna R. Boyd, 19, Onamia, received a stay of imposition on felony violate no contact order; serve 106 days; pay $1,087. Dismissed charges were felony failure to appear, two counts of felony domestic assault, and two counts of felony 5th degree assault.

Ashley A. Brodhead, 33, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; pay $212.

Brennan A. Brossart, 36, Aitkin, received a stay of imposition on felony threats of violence; credit for 44 days served; pay $662 and restitution. Dismissed charges were two counts of domestic assault and 3rd degree assault of unborn child. He was also sentenced on violate domestic abuse no contact order; credit for time served; pay $212. Dismissed charges were 7 counts of violate domestic abuse no contact order.

Yvette D. Clawson, 35, Cohasset, received a statutory stay of adjudication on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 30 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring; pay $1,075. A similar charge was dismissed as well as a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daphne J. Fristedt, 57, Aitkin, was sentenced on fail to stop for school bus; pay $187.

James R. Hovland, 19, Isle, was sentenced on violation of snowmobile registration; pay $137. A charge of Driving After Revocation was dismissed.

Christina C. Johnson, 38, Virginia, was sentenced on DAR; credit for 90 days; pay $212. She was acquitted on a charge of felony 5th degree controlled substance possession. She was sentenced on no proof of insurance; credit for 90 days; pay $50.

Michael K. Anderson, 41, Elk River, was sentenced on CWD feeding ban violation; pay $137. A charge of deer hunting with use of bait was dismissed.

Dawn M. Brodzinski, 51, Grand Rapids, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 30 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring; credit for 7 days; pay $375. Dismissed charges were possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana.

Brett A. Canfield, 21, Aitkin, was sentenced on social host violation; pay $187.

Rose J. Christensen, 31, Elk River, was sentenced on speeding 69/55; pay $212. She received a stay of adjudication on no proof of insurance; pay $200.

Bang Q. Duong, 43, Shakopee, was sentenced on careless driving; pay $187. Dismissed charges were DWI, 4th degree DWI, uninsured vehicle-driver violation and operate unregistered vehicle.

Luke K. Groff, 37, Monticello, was sentenced on deer hunting  with use of bait; pay $637.

Edward R. Hill, 41, McGregor, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; pay $137. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Bradley P. Hofstrand, 27, Deerwood, was sentenced on speeding 70/60; pay $87.

Carrieann F. Jonas, 42, Tamarack, was sentenced of speeding 65/55; pay $137.

Thomas G. Kammerer, 60, Isle, was sentenced on DWI; pay $437. A charge of 4th degree DWI was dismissed.

Shawn M. Luther, 46, Dayton, was sentenced on speeding 69/60; pay $137.

Alex L. Lydeen, 34, Brainerd, was sentenced on 5th degree possession of schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 drugs; credit for 3 days; pay $1,062; Dismissed charges were two counts of  felony 5th degree controlled substance possession, child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also sentenced on a second charge of 5th degree possession of schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 drugs; credit for 3 days; pay $1,062.

Amelia G. Pagan, 18, McGregor, was sentenced on hands-free violation; pay $162.

William A. Schmidt, 72, Aitkin, was sentenced on recklessly handle dangerous weapons; pay $387. Dismissed charges were three counts of felony reckless discharge of firearm. He was also sentenced on a second charge of recklessly handle dangerous weapons; pay $300.

Logan R. Schoer, 25, Aitkin, was sentenced on ATV on roadway; pay $137.

Molly A. Hanegmon, 38, Chisholm, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 60 days jail or 60 days electronic monitoring; credit for 3 days; pay $1,062. Dismissed charges were two counts of possession of legend drug and theft.

Jamison E. Anderson, 47, Isle, was sentenced of fail to stop for stop sign; pay $137.

Ali J. Gow, 25, Duluth, was sentenced of fail to yield at entrance of highway; pay $137. A charge of instruction permit violation was dismissed.

Robert A. Kezar, 86, McGregor, was sentenced on open burning of prohibited materials; pay $87.

Patrick D. Rezny, 30, Shakopee, received a statutory stay of adjudication on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 30 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring; credit for 10 days; pay $1,075. Dismissed charges were 4th degree controlled substance possession and 4th degree DWI. He was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; serve 30 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring; credit for 10 days; pay $162. Dismissed charges were possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle, no proof of insurance, no Minnesota driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elizabeth A. Skinaway, 51, McGregor, received a stay of adjudication on disorderly conduct; pay $175.

Michael J. Stewart, 40, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; serve 60 days; credit for time served; pay $166.
