Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding on July 31, Aug. 2, 14, 15 and 21; and Judge Erik Askegaard on Aug. 11:

Mark T. Gabrio, 52, Aitkin, was sentenced on tamper with motor vehicle; serve 15 days; credit for 5 days served; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $212; no use or possession of firearms; no contact with victim.  Two counts of violating a Harassment Restraining Order were dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced on violating an HRO; serve 15 days; credit for 5 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $212; same conditions. A charge of no seatbelt was dismissed.

Steven W. Woodworth, 28, Aitkin, received a stay of imposition on felony violate no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions; serve 30 days; credit for 4 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $787; cooperate with searches; DNA sample wen directed; no use or possession of firearms; get domestic abuse evaluation. Dismissed charges were felony 1st degree burglary and felony domestic assault (2).

Shane P. Bailey, 39, McGregor, was sentenced on felony 1st degree DWI refuse to test; committed to commissioner of corrections for 65 months; pay $137; DNA sample. Dismissed charges were felony 1st degree DWI and Driving After Cancellation-Inimical to Public Safety.

Jennifer M. Bauer, 38, St. Cloud was sentenced on felony 5th degree controlled substance crime; serve 180 days; credit for 26 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,062; get chemical assessment; cooperate with searches; DNA sample when directed; no use or possession of firearms; cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were possession of hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Naomi M. Beith, 32, Willmar, received a stay of imposition on felony issue dishonored check; credit for 34 days; pay $1,229; DNA sample.

Jackson L. Jernberg, 18, Roseville, received a stay of adjudication on minor consumption; pay $287.

Alec K. Johnson, 18, Waconia, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree controlled substance; serve 15 days; credit for 3 days; pay $1,000; get chemical assessment;  cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia  and felony 4th degree controlled substance sale.

Steven A. Konczak, 43, Duluth, was sentenced on felony 5th degree controlled substance crime; serve 30 days; credit for 19 days; pay $987; get chemical assessment; cooperate with searches; DNA sample when directed; no use or possession of firearms; attend AA; attend NA;  cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. He was also sentenced on giving peace officer false name; serve 30 days; credit for 19 days; pay $50. A charge of possession of hypodermic needle was dismissed.

Greggory P. Nistler, 64, McGregor, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 90 days; STS/Huber as allowed; get chemical assessment; attend Mothers Against Drunk Driving Impact Panel;  cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. A similar charge was dismissed.

Douglas L. Redmond, 61, Aitkin, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $287. A charge of open bottle was dismissed.

Kristy A. Schleski, 27, Holiday, Fla., was sentenced on Driving After Suspension; pay $287. A charge of duty to drive with due care -speed greater than reasonable was dismissed.

Amy L. Moos, 31, Hill City, was sentenced on 5th degree assault; credit for 5 days; pay $187; DNA sample; cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were felony terroristic threats and domestic assault (2).
