Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding on Sept. 13, 16, 19, 20, 23 and 24:

Animikence J. Aubid, 20, McGregor, was sentenced on underage consumption; serve 60 days, credit for 48 days; pay $212. Aubid was also sentenced on obstructing the legal process by interfering with a peace office; serve 60 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for nine days; pay $212. Charges of disorderly conduct and underage consumption were dismissed.  

Shane M. Bratz, 38, Grand Rapids, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 60 days; pay $1,062. Bratz was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; time served concurrent; pay $75. Similar charges and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana, headlamps and rear lamps required on all motor vehicles were dismissed.  

James A. Huse, 42, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; credit for 24 days; pay $1,012. A similar charge was dismissed.

Lynette A. Kirkeide, 52, Aitkin, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $287. Kirkeide was also sentenced on no Minnesota driver’s license; pay $50. Charges of expired registration and intent to escape tax were dismissed.

Michael J. Manos, 37, Coon Rapids, was sentenced on DWI; serve 52 days, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $137. Manos was also sentenced on felony 3rd degree possession of 10 grams or more of a controlled substance; serve 180 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for 36 days, concurrent to other case; pay $587. Similar charges were dismissed.

Jeffrey L. Martinson, 45, Aitkin, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 35 days, Electronic Home Monitor at own expense, credit for four days; pay $1,612. A similar charge and no proof of insurance and driving after revocation were dismissed.

Shannon L. Miller, 50, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days in jail  (Huber/STS) or EHM, credit for two days; pay $1,087. A similar charge and no proof of insurance, no Minnesota Driver’s license, expired registration and failure to transfer title were dismissed.

Jorel J. Nayquonabe, 32, Onamia, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI refuse to submit to chemical test; serve 30 days; pay $1,087. Charges of 4th degree DWI, no proof of insurance and driving after revocation were dismissed.

Dallas H. A. Toth, 30, Duluth, was sentenced on careless driving; pay $387. Two charges of DWI were dismissed.

Dawn L. Aubid, 48, McGregor, received a stay of adjudication on speeding 71/55 mph; pay $200.

Jacob R. Bird, 19, Otsego, was sentenced on operating a personal watercraft between one hour before sunset and 9:30 a.m.; pay $137.

Ronald R. Gage, 60, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; pay $212. Gage was also sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $200. Charges of driving after revocation and possession of a small amount of marijuana were dismissed.

Terry C. Halvorson, 42, McGregor, was sentenced on theft; serve 60 days, credit for 45 days; pay $493 including $281 in restitution. Halvorson was also sentenced on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; credit for 80 days, 20 hours community service; pay $412. A charge of felony theft of a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Kohlmen D. Hudak, 30, Cambridge, was sentenced on speeding 69/60 mph; pay $127.

Alex M. Lafountaine, 23, St. Cloud, was sentenced on no proof of insurance -owner who is not driver; serve 90 days, deemed satisfied; pay $287.

Justin M. Loren, 22, Isle, was sentenced on speeding 65/55 mph; pay $187.

Juan A. Maciel-Inde, 38, Aitkin, was sentenced on driving after revocation; serve 20 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for two days; pay $462.   Maciel-Inde was also sentenced on driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; serve 20 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for two days; pay $200. Charges of speeding, failure to deliver motor vehicle title certificate to transferee within 10 days, driving after suspension and failure to obtain a new driver’s license after changing name or address were dismissed.

Heather L. Marklowitz, 32, St. Cloud, was sentenced on DWI; pay $412. A similar charge was dismissed.

Angel C. McGinnis, 32, Brainerd, received a stay of imposition on felony 3rd degree burglary; credit for 199 days; pay $633 including restitution. Charges of felony 2nd degree burglary and theft were dismissed.

Merissa M. Mitchell, 36, Alexandria, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; pay $187. A charge of 5th degree assault was dismissed.

Jorel J. Nayquonabe, 32, Onamia, was sentenced on domestic assault; serve 30 days; pay $462. Charges of felony 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of 5th degree assault and two counts of domestic assault were dismissed.

Josie M. Olsen, 23, Jacobson, was sentenced on speeding 65/55 mph; pay $127.

Dakota J. Pierce, 21, Aitkin, was sentenced on domestic assault; pay $362.

Alicia D. Swanson, 33, Hill City, was sentenced on expired registration; pay $187. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Austin J. Teague, 24, Mora, was sentenced on failure to display ATV/off-road vehicle registration; pay $200.

Delaney K. Teller, 19, Duluth, was sentenced on domestic abuse no contact order violation within 10 years of previous conviction; credit for 29 days; pay $137.

Kasey J. Conda, 37, Hibbing, was sentenced on speeding 40/30 mph; pay $127.

Heidi L. Kastern, 40, Ashland, WI, was sentenced on DWI; pay $462. A similar charge was dismissed.
