Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding and Judge Jeffrey Remick on July 17, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30:

Jason M. Carlson, 49, Aitkin, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 90 days, STS/Huber as allowed, credit for 13 days; pay $1,087. A similar charge was dismissed.

Charles E.J. Crawley, 42, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days in jail (STS/Huber as allowed) or on Electronic Home Monitor (EHM), credit for three days; pay $1,187. A similar charge was dismissed.

Eric A. Dean, 48, Bloomington, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days in jail (STS/Huber as allowed) or on EHM, credit for three days; pay $1,012. A similar charge was dismissed.

Corey D. Hill, 47, Garrison, received a stay of adjudication on driving after suspension; pay $375.

Anwar S. Khokhar, 43, Minnetonka, was sentenced on speeding 65/60 mph; pay $87.

Troy J. Rono, 43, Crosby, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 30 days in jail (STS/Huber as allowed)  or on EHM, credit for two days; pay $150. Two charges of 4th degree DWI and a charge of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle were dismissed.

Matthew L. Thaemert, 42, Aitkin, was sentenced on careless driving; pay $587. Charges of disorderly conduct, 4th degree DWI and DWI were dismissed.

Trent J.L. Abell, 18, Wadena, was sentenced on possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle; pay $200. Charges of felony 5th degree aiding and abetting controlled substance - sale and possession, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Gibson S.N. Barnes, 30, Duluth, was sentenced on driving after revocation; pay $212 and restitution as determined. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Joshua E. Cameron, 41, Maple Grove, was sentenced on speeding 65/55 mph; pay $127.

Samantha L. Carlson-Kahlhamer, 30, Crosby, was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; pay $212. A similar charge, a charge for 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.  

Russ E. Carter, 67, Andover, received a stay of adjudication on failure to stop for a school bus; pay $100.

Joseph A. Crawford, 27, Aitkin, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 30 days in jail or on EHM, credit for time served; pay $1,075. Charges of possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe and drug paraphernalia, and 4th degree damage to property were dismissed.

Brett A. Delvalley, 35, Moorhead, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; serve 90 days; pay $212. A charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Fawnice F. Flowers, 55, Aitkin, was sentenced on DWI; pay $612. A charge for 4th degree DWI was dismissed.

Chez W. Guyer, 45, Isle, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 30 days in jail (STS/Huber as allowed) or 45 days EHM, credit for two days; pay $1,075. Guyer was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; pay $137. Guyer was also sentenced on driving after disqualification; pay $50. Charges of possession of a pistol without permit, intent to escape tax, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to mail/deliver certificate of title to department within time frames specified and 4th degree DWI were dismissed.

Cassandra L. Hill, 22, McGregor, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; credit for three days; pay $212.

Matthew M. Jones, 37, Apple Valley, was sentenced on unsafe equipment; pay $137. A charge for failure to stop at stop signs or lines at entrance to through highway; pay $137.

Cassandra L. Losh, 29, McGregor, was sentenced on driving after suspension; credit for three days; pay $162. Charges of child passenger restraint system not equipped and installed, and driver and passenger seat belt were dismissed.

Thomas J. Malimanek, 42, Revillo, SD, was sentenced on 2nd degree refusal to submit to chemical/breath test; serve 90 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for four days; pay $1,012. Charges of 3rd degree DWI and no proof of insurance were dismissed.

Keith E. Misquadance, 39, McGregor, was sentenced on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 120 days, STS/Huber as allowed, credit for 60 days; pay $987. Charges of possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe and storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult were dismissed.

Desiree L. Okerman, 50, Randall, received a stay of imposition on theft; credit for four days, serve 40 hours community service; pay $1,327 including restitution. Two charges of felony 2nd degree burglary were dismissed.

Richard H. Pride Jr., 64, Grand Rapids, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 45 days, credit for five days; pay $1,092. A similar charge and driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety were dismissed.

Thomas S. Rothstein, 52, St. Cloud, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree drug possession; serve 30 days in jail (Huber/STS as allowed) or 45 days on EHM, credit for four days; pay $700. Charges of felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana were dismissed.

Larry L. Schendel, 46, Cloquet, was sentenced on knowingly purchasing or receiving a prescription drug; credit for three days; pay $212. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Jeromiey R. Sommers, 37, Cambridge, was sentenced on drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition; credit for 29 days; pay $262.

Paul J. Thompson, 29, McGrath, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; credit for two days; pay $262.

Lawrence L. Warren, 46, Swan River, was sentenced on obstructing the legal process; pay $212. Similar charges were dismissed.

Mackinnon J. Welch, 24, Grand Rapids, was sentenced on giving a peace officer a false name/birthdate/ID card; credit for 30 days; pay $137. A charge of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type was dismissed.

Elbert W. White, 35, McGregor, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 30 days in jail (Huber/STS as allowed) or on EHM, credit for three days; pay $825. A charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Paul D. Wiltz, 55, McGregor, received a stay of imposition on stalking with intent to injure; serve 18 days, credit for time served; pay $987. Charges of felony 2nd degree assault, felony threats of violence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Damion J. Zaiger, 29, Foreston, was sentenced on dangerous weapons; credit for 30 days; pay $212.

Julia E. Violet, 40, Swatara, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $362. Two charges of felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a legend drug, issue/display/possess insurance ID card when insurance not in force, and possession of a small amount of marijuana were dismissed.

Tyler M. Eckelman, 19, McGregor, was sentenced on possession of alcohol by person under 21; pay $262. A charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor were dismissed.

Nathan S. Gottlieb, 33, Ogilvie, was sentenced on giving a peace officer a false name of another person; credit for 20 days; pay $462.

Quinn L. Olson, 45, McGregor, was sentenced on domestic assault; credit for four days; pay $212. Two similar charges were dismissed.
