Quincy E. D. Hight, 25, Bovey, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 45 days; credit for 36 days served; pay $212. Dismissed charges were felony 4th degree controlled substance possession with intent to sell, introduce contraband into jail, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony 5th degree controlled substance possession.
Jordan M. Linn, 28, Foley, was sentenced on theft of motor fuel; serve 30 days; credit for 27 days; pay $271. Dismissed charges were 5th degree controlled substance possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also sentenced on possession of hypodermic needle; serve 30 days; credit for 27 days; pay $50. A charge of Driving After Revocation was dismissed.
Andrew L. Grzybowski, 31, Forest Lake, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days; credit for 3 days; pay $1,012. Dismissed charges were 3rd degree DWI and speeding 75/60.
Lisa A. Jackson, 56, Deer River, was sentenced on 5th degree possession of schedule 1,2,3,4 - not small amount marijuana; serve 60 days; credit for 5 days; pay $987. Dismissed charges were felony 5th degree controlled substance possession, possess schedule 5 controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana.
Donald D. Hamm, 59, Andover, was sentenced on felony first degree criminal sexual conduct; committed to commissioner of corrections for 153 months; pay $137 and restitution to be determined. Dismissed charges were two counts of possess pornographics work - computer disk.
Kelli R. O’Neil, 41, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; 50 hours community service; pay $1,587. Dismissed charges were felony theft and felony theft of motor vehicle.
Tiffany M. Pierce, 44, Columbia Heights, was sentenced on driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; pay $200.
