Jerry C. Eklund, 34, Isle, was sentenced on obstruct legal process; pay $212.

Dismissed charges were obstruct legal process and disorderly conduct. He received a stay of imposition on domestic assault; serve 45 days; credit for 4 days; pay $462. A similar charge was dismissed as well as interrupt 911 call.

Roger Grimes III, 22, Staples, received a statutory stay of adjudication on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 90 days; credit for 3 days; pay $1,075. A charge of open bottle was dismissed. He received a statutory stay of adjudication on felony 3rd degree controlled substance possession; serve 90 days; credit for 5 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay

$1,075. Dismissed charges were felony 5th degree controlled substance sale, felony 5th degree controlled substance possession (2), possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justice D. Hovland, 24, Aitkin, received a stay of adjudication on furnishing alcohol to minor; pay $200. She was also sentenced for a social host violation; pay $262.

Jason Irvin, 50, Aitkin, was sentenced on speeding 37/30; pay $127.

Nikolus L. Lyle Marks, 20, Ypsilanti, N.D., was sentenced on possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle; pay $287. A charge of felony 5th degree controlled substance possession was dismissed.

Saralynn M. Morneau, 67, Aitkin, was sentenced on failing to yield right-of-way; pay $127.

Ronald H. Nelson, 76, Minneapolis, received a stay of adjudication on fail to drive in single lane; pay $100.

Michael R. Ristow, 66, Blackduck, was sentenced on DWI; pay $612. Dismissed charges were 4th degree DWI and disorderly conduct.

Kristie A. Williams, 39, Woodville, Wis., received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 30 days jail or electronic monitoring; credit for 3 days; pay $212. She was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $200. She was sentenced on possession of drug paraphernalia; pay $50.

Ronald R. Anderson, 52, Garrison, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 90 days; STS/Huber as allowed; credit for 4 days; pay $1,087. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Christine D. Anfinson, 62, Aitkin, received a stay of imposition on felony 2nd degree controlled substance possession; serve 90 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring plus 400 hours community service; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $662. Dismissed charges were felony 1st degree controlled substance sale,  felony 3rd degree controlled substance sale and felony 3rd degree controlled substance  possession.

James E. Bjerkness, 68, Hill City, received a stay of adjudication on hit and run property damage; pay $100. He was sentenced on unsafe passing; pay $127.

Michael A. Blubaugh, 40, Remer, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI (snowmobile or ATV); credit for 4 days; pay $1,012. A similar charge was dismissed.

Sylvia I. Hanson, 26, McGrath, was sentenced on speeding 65/55; pay $137.

Cody R. Heins, 30, Montrose, was sentenced on motor vehicle noise limits; pay $137. Dismissed charges were wearing headphones while operating motor vehicle and windshield  prohibitions (cracked or discolored).

Craig M. Huhtala, 27, St. Paul, received a stay of adjudication on unsafe passing; pay $100.

Caroline M. Jochum, 58, Hill City, was sentenced on 5th degree possession of drugs; serve 45 days electronic monitoring; credit for 3 days; pay $137. A charge of felony 5th degree controlled substance possession was dismissed.

Damien A. Johnson, 18, Deerwood, was sentenced on speeding 65/60; pay $127. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Amanda K. Knudson, 40, Columbia Heights, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 30 days; credit for 10 days; pay $1,075. Dismissed charges were possession of hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of small amount of marijuana and 5th degree possession of schedule 1, 2, 3, 4.

Daniel P. Millan, 41, Elk River, was sentenced on speeding 39/30; pay $137.

Robert J. Moss, 50, Hill City, was sentenced on 3rd degree refuse to test; serve 30 days jail or 60 days electronic monitoring; credit for 2 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,087. Dismissed charges were 4th degree DWI and obstruct legal process.

David L. Pepera, 29, Tamarack, was sentenced on theft; serve 60 days; credit for 46 days; pay $162; restitution to be determined. He received a statutory stay of adjudication on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; credit for 30 days; pay $1,075. He was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; credit for 30 days; pay $137. Dismissed charges were 4th degree DWI, Driving After Revocation and no proof of insurance. He was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; credit for 30 days; pay $137. Dismissed charges were 4th degree DWI, DAR, window tint too dark, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no proof of insurance. He received a stay of imposition on felony flee peace officer in motor vehicle; serve 60 days; credit for 26 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $162. Dismissed charges were 5th degree controlled substance possession, DAR, flee peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sean M. Quigley Jr., 30, Brooklyn Park, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI serve 30 days jail or electronic monitoring; credit for 2 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,087. Dismissed charges were 3rd degree DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana.

Frank J. Rezny, 32, McGregor received a stay of imposition on felony domestic assault; credit for 67 days; pay $662.  Dismissed charges were felony domestic assault, (2), interfere with 911 call and theft.

Scott A. Shoemaker, 43, McGregor, was sentenced on operate unregistered OHM; pay $127.

He was also sentenced on possess ammo/any firearm - previous felony conviction; serve 90 days; credit for 56 days; pay $50. Dismissed charges were DAR and speeding 73/55.

Stacey M. Whitton-Remmers, 37, Bovey, received a stay of adjudication on theft; serve 15 days jail or electronic monitoring; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $175.

Gerald W. Meagher Jr., 41, Hill City, received a stay of adjudication on disorderly conduct; pay $100.
