He received a stay of imposition on financial card fraud; credit for 56 days; pay $425. Charges of 5th degree controlled substance possession and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Matthew D. Fowler, 28, Aitkin, received a stay of adjudication on speeding; pay $100.

Crystal R. Gallatin, 19, Aitkin,  was sentenced on minor consumption; pay $137.

Daniel R. Ottem, 50, Ironton, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree drugs; serve 30 days; credit for time served; pay $1,075.; Dismissed charges were felony 5th degree controlled substance possession and violation of restricted driver’s license.

Michelle L. Philippi, 41, no address given, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; pay $162.

Kelly M. Saltness, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced on speeding 50/45; pay $127.

Monica S. Standingcloud, 36, Princeton, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 60 days jail or 90 days electronic monitoring; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,062.

Jeffrey A. M. Turner, 24, Aitkin, was sentenced on possession of drug paraphernalia; credit for 29 days; pay $162 Dismissed charges were felony theft (2), felony failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christine D. Anfinson, 62, Aitkin, received a stay of imposition on felony 2nd degree controlled substance crime; serve 90 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring plus 400 hours of community service; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $662. Dismissed charges were felony 1st degree controlled substance crime - sale, felony 3rd degree controlled substance crime - sale and felony 3rd degree controlled substance possession.

Kimberly A. Brezinsky, 45, Aitkin, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 30 days; STS/Huber if allowed; pay $1,087 A similar charge was dismissed.

Denise R. Diver, 33, Cloquet, was sentenced on possession of hypodermic needles; pay $212.

Karen F. Edmond, 60, Mounds View, received a stay of adjudication on fail to upgrade, repair, replace or abandon; pay $100.

Robert G. Edmond, 60, Mounds View, received a stay of adjudication on fail to upgrade, repair, replace or abandon; pay $100.

Marcia K. Evans, 59, Edina, received a stay of adjudication on speeding 50/40; pay $100.

Joel A. Haggenmiller, 46, Aitkin, was sentenced on 5th degree assault; credit for 34 days; pay $362. Dismissed charges were three counts of felony domestic assault and 4th degree criminal damage to property.

James R. Hovland, 19, Isle, was sentenced on no insurance owner; pay $287. Dismissed charges were speeding 70/55 and Driving After Revocation.

Vaundell D. Kingbird, 29, McGregor, was sentenced on felony fail to register address predatory offender; serve 120 days; credit for 20 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $212. He was also sentenced on 4th degree driving while impaired; serve 45 days; STS/Huber if allowed, concurrent with above; pay $212. Dismissed charges were 4th degree driving while impaired, open bottle and DWI. He was also sentenced on DWI; serve 45 days concurrent with above; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $212. He was also sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days consecutive to above; pay $1,087. A charge of DAR was dismissed.

Victoria A. Leone, 53, Wright, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 30 days; credit for 4 days; pay $1,075. She was also sentenced on no proof of insurance; serve 30 days; credit for 4 days; pay $137. Dismissed charges were speeding 61/55, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony 5th degree controlled substance possession.

David L. Pepera, 29, Tamarack, was sentenced on theft; served 60 days; credit for 46 days; pay $212. He received a stay of imposition on felony flee a peace officer in motor vehicle; serve 60 days; credit for 26 days; STS./Huber as allowed; pay$212. Dismissed charges were 5th degree controlled substance possession, DAR, flee peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 60 days in jail or 60 on electronic monitoring; credit for 4 days; pay $387. Dismissed charges were felony store methamphetamine paraphernalia in presence of a child, cause or permit a child to be exposed to meth, child endangerment, no proof of insurance, possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marquise L. Rolbiecki, 26, Coon Rapids, was sentenced on speeding 69/60; pay $127.

Jon L. Sauerbrey, 66, Maplewood, was sentenced on DWI; credit for time served; pay $612.

Lambert T. Wenner, 31, St. Cloud, received a stay of imposition on felony violate no contact order; serve 90 days; credit for time served; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,062. Dismissed charges were 5th degree controlled substance possession, Driving After Cancellation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana.

James C. Whittenton, 32, Richfield, was sentenced on felony flee peace officer in motor vehicle; serve 90 days; credit for 56 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $212.

Dismissed charges were felony felon in possession of ammunition (2), DAR, speeding 73/55,  possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana. He was also sentenced on possession of ammo/any firearm - previous felony conviction; serve 90 days; credit for 56 days; concurrent with above; pay $50.

Chad N. Kendall, 52, Grand Rapids, was sentenced on obstruct legal process; serve 60 days; credit for 19 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $700. Dismissed charges were felony 2nd degree burglary and felony motor vehicle use without consent. He received a stay of adjudication on child endangerment; serve 60 days; credit for 19 days; STS/Huber as allowed; concurrent with above. A charge of 4th degree criminal damage to property was dismissed.

Joseph J. Lamecker, 28, Grand Rapids, was sentenced on felony 1st degree DWI; serve 60 days; credit for 4 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,087. Dismissed charges were felony 1st degree DWI, 4th degree criminal damage to property, DAC-Inimical to Public Safety and no proof of insurance.

Sharaya R. Robinson, 29, Minneapolis, received a stay of adjudication on  speeding; pay $100.

Thomas D. Swanson, 24, Hill City, was sentenced on ATV fail to renew registration; pay $50.

McKenzie L. Rapp, 28, Ham Lake, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; credit for 4 days; pay $762. Dismissed charges were felony store methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child,  possession of a legend drug, possession of hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana.

Dallas U. Stevens, 33, McGregor, was sentenced on theft; pay

$140.

Dawson J. Gray, 21, Anoka, was sentenced on speeding 65/55; pay $127. A charge of driver must carry proof of insurance was dismissed.
