Dorothy A. Aubid, 69, McGregor, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days; credit for 2 days served; electronic monitoring allowed; get chemical assessment; attend Mothers Against Drunk Driving Impact Panel;  cognitive skills training; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. A similar charge was dismissed.

Zachary D. Hammond, 24, St. Cloud, was sentenced of Driving After Revocation; pay $137.

Corey D. Hill, 46, Aitkin, was sentenced on Driving After Suspension; pay $137.

Jessica J. Johnson, 37, Palisade; was sentenced on no seatbelt; pay $112.

Jerome F. Keimig, 70, Aitkin, was sentenced on collision with unattended vehicle; pay $187 and restitution as determined; no contact with victim.

Daniel M. Balthazor, 47, Hugo, was sentenced on speeding 60/55; pay $127.

Branden T. Barthel, 24, N. Fargo, N.D., was sentenced on DWI; pay $612; get chemical assessment; attend MADD. A similar charge was dismissed.

Crystal D. Callaghan, 39, International Falls, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $287. A charge of speeding 75/55 was dismissed.

David J. Gibbs, 62, Willernie, was sentenced on DAS; pay $287.

Algin G. Goodsky, 20, McGregor, was sentenced on giving peace officer false name; pay $562. He was also sentenced on underage drinking and driving; credit for 37 days; pay $50. Dismissed charges were minor consumption; no MN driver’s license; attempted theft; open container; felony 3rd degree sexual conduct;furnish alcohol to minor; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also sentenced on felony 4th degree criminal sexual conduct; serve 90 days; credit for 37 days; pay $587; cooperate with searches; DNA sample when directed; no use or possession of firearms; get chemical assessment; get psychological-sexual evaluation; predatory offender registration; no contact with victim; submit to polygraph exams as directed; no possession of pornographic material;  cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks.

Justice D. Hovland, 22, Aitkin, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; pay $137; credit for 2 days; domestic abuse evaluation; no contact with victim. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Jeremy G. Kastenbauer, 32, Mora, was sentenced on theft; pay $342.

Jeffery J. Kephart, 27, Garrison, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; pay $287.

Terry P. McCool, 40, Baxter, was sentenced on 5th degree assault; serve 30 days; electronic monitoring allowed; pay $587; no contact with victim; cognitive skills training. A charge of felony 2nd degree assault was dismissed.

Micha E. McDonald, 42, Minneapolis, was sentenced on speeding 75/60; pay $147.

Michael C. Roberts, 52, Aitkin, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 30 days; credit for 4 days; STS/Huber as allowed; pay $1,012; get chemical assessment; attend MADD; cognitive skills training  no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks.  Dismissed charges were 2nd degree DWI and violate restricted driver’s license.

Keith S. Schneider, 41, Grasston, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days; credit for 18 days; pay $1,092; and restitution as determined; get chemical assessment; attend MADD; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were disorderly conduct; theft; 4th degree criminal damage to property; and DAR.

Rachele L. Schroeder, 29, Brooklyn Center, received a stay of imposition on felony theft;  serve 90 days; credit for 59 days; pay $400; community service allowed for fine; DNA sample when directed; no use or possession of firearms; get chemical assessment; cooperate with searches; cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were felony 2nd degree burglary, felony 3rd degree burglary and theft.

Michael J. Stewart, 38, Wright, was sentenced on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 180 days concurrent with another file; pay $662; get chemical assessment; cooperate with searches, DNA sample when directed; no use or possession of firearms; attend AA;  cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks. Dismissed charges were felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; Driving After Cancellation-Inimical to Public Safety; and no proof of insurance. He was also sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 60 days consecutive to another case; pay $1,025; get chemical assessment; cognitive skills training as directed; no alcohol, no intoxicants, no bars, spot checks.

David L. Weihrauch, 72, St. Cloud, was sentenced on DWI; pay $612; get chemical assessment; attend MADD. A similar charge was dismissed.

Bradley D. Dorholt, 48, Eden Prairie, was sentenced on speeding 42/30; pay $137. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.
