Derek M. Bahmer, 26, Shakopee, was convicted of issue/ display/possess insurance ID card when insurance is not in force; pay $137. He was also convicted of no insurance owner; pay $200.

Lauren A. Daigle, 27, Grand Rapids, was convicted of Driving After Suspension; pay $287.

Martin W. Horvath, 32, Minnetonka, charged with DAS, had the matter dismissed upon paying $200 costs of prosecution. An uninsured vehicle driver violation was dismissed.

Michael H. Johnson, 55, Eden Prairie, was convicted of speeding 77/55; pay $227.

Andrew A. Naus, 31, Aitkin, was convicted of deer hunting - may not hunt with aid or use of bait; pay $137.

Joseph N. Nilsson, 59, Pine City, was convicted of careless driving; credit for 2 days served; pay $887; get chemical assessment; attend Mothers Against Drunk Driving Impact Panel. A charge of open bottle was dismissed.

James H. Ruffing, 37, Minneapolis, charged with marijuana in motor vehicle, had the matter dismissed upon paying $500 costs of prosecution.

Michael G. Southern, 42, Tamarack, was convicted of disorderly conduct; credit for 90 days served; pay $137. A charge of 5th degree assault was dismissed.

Laura J. Westphal, 46, McGregor, was convicted of felony 3rd degree  controlled substance crime; committed to commissioner of corrections for 39 months; pay $212. Dismissed charges were felony 5th degree controlled substance (2), She was also convicted of felony possession of stolen motor vehicle; committed to commissioner of corrections for 15 months; pay $50. She was also convicted of 4th degree DWI; serve 90 days; credit for 18 days; pay $50.  Charges of Driving After Revocation, no proof of insurance and intent to escape tax were  dismissed.

Jillian K. Winters, 29, Grand Rapids, charged with bribery, had the matter dismissed upon serving 15 days in jail; credit for 2 days; STS/Huber allowed; pay  $900 costs of prosecution; community work service allowed; cognitive skills training if recommended; domestic abuse evaluation; no contact with other party; do not associate with known criminals.

Jerry W. Cooper, 34, Brooklyn Center, charged with speeding 75/55, had the matter dismissed upon paying $300 costs of prosecution.

Heather M. L. Qualley, 44, Beltrami, was convicted of speeding 40/30; pay $87.

Timothy J. Henline, 58, Buffalo, was convicted of deer hunting - may not hunt with aid or use of bait; pay $387.

Jeffrey J. Henrikson, 46, Buffalo, was convicted of deer hunting - may not hunt with aid or use of bait; pay $387.

Scott R. Wermter, 42, Hawthorne, Wis., was convicted of speeding 57/40; pay $147. A charge of DAR was dismissed.
