Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding on Dec. 31, Jan. 2, 9 and 13; and Judge Erik Askegaard on Jan. 6, 8 and 9:

Mark J. Blomquist, 49, Aitkin, received a statutory stay of adjudication on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; serve 69 days jail or electronic monitoring; Huber/STS if allowed; pay $1,075. A charge of 2nd degree DWI was dismissed. He was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 60 days jail or electronic monitoring concurrent with above; Huber/STS if allowed; pay $317. Dismissed charges were 2nd degree DWI, no proof of insurance, operate motor vehicle without ignition interlock and open container.

Marcus D. Daniels, 21, St. Paul, was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; serve 30 days jail or 45 days electronic monitoring; Huber/STS if allowed; pay $162. Dismissed charges were felony 5th degree controlled substance possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana. He received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of drugs; serve 30 days jail or 45 days electronic monitoring; Huber/STS if allowed; pay $1,075.

Macy J. Meyer, 18, Aitkin, received a stay of adjudication on child endangerment; 10 hours community service; pay $275.

Jonathan B. Miner, 20, Grand Rapids, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of drugs; serve 30 days jail or 45 days electronic monitoring; Huber/STS if allowed; credit for 4 days; served; pay $1,075.  A charge of felony 5th degree controlled substance possession was dismissed.

Montrell B. Saba Sr., 29, Gilbert, was sentenced on possession of firearm - subject to an order for protection; serve 60 days; credit for 4 days; Huber/STS if allowed; pay $1,062. Dismissed charges were possession of ammunition and Driving After Revocation.

Derrick B. Scott, 29, Sauk Centre, was sentenced on felony 5th degree controlled substance possession; committed to commissioner of corrections for 13 months; pay $75. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Christina A. Benson, 43, McGregor, received a statutory stay of adjudication on 5th degree controlled substance possession. Dismissed charges were 4th degree DWI and DAR. She was also sentenced on DWI; serve 15 days; credit for 11 days; pay $212.

Isiah C. Colman, 19, Chanhassen, received a stay of adjudication on deer hunting with aid of bait; pay $200.

Josiah C. Colman, 18, Chanhassen, received a stay of adjudication on deer hunting with aid of bait; pay $200.

Corey M. Elynck, 33, Park Rapids, was sentenced on DWI; credit for 12 days; pay $612. A similar charge was dismissed.

Matthew D. Fowler, 28, Aitkin, was sentenced on school bus stop arm violation; pay $135. A charge of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle was dismissed.

Mark T. Gabrio, 55, Aitkin, received a stay of adjudication on speeding 50/40; pay $100.

Brooke M. McMillen, 21, Silver Bay, received a stay of adjudication on speeding 79/60; pay $100.

Joseph M. Nobbs, 32, McGregor, received a stay of adjudication on careless driving; pay $275. A charge of harassment - follow another was dismissed.

Natassja J. Polum, 33, Grand Rapids, received a stay of adjudication on speeding 76/60; pay $100.

Toni R. Romig, 56, Duluth, was sentenced on theft; committed to commissioner of corrections for 26 months concurrent with another case; pay $1,312. Dismissed charges were felony 2nd degree burglary, felony theft and 3rd degree burglary.

Michael E. Tindal, 67, Ramsey, was sentenced on careless driving; pay $3,429. A charge of  collision with unattended vehicle was dismissed.

Kristin M. Davis, 33, Bemidji, received a stay of imposition on neglect of animal; serve 14 days jail or electronic monitoring; credit for 2 days; pay $1,163. Dismissed charges were neglect of animal and felony neglect of animal.
