Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge David Hermerding, Judge John DeSanto, Judge Erik Askegaard on Aug. 28, and Sept. 3, 5, 9, 10:

Cathy L. Andrews, 56, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days in jail or EHM, credit for three days; pay $1,012. A similar charge was dismissed.

Clarke A. Davidson, 35, Des Moines, IA, was sentenced on driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; credit for 10 days; pay $287. A charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Shane M. Fitch, 36, Hines, received a stay of adjudication on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 21 days in jail or EHM, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for four days. Charges of possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Michael W. Hobbs, 45, Hibbing, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; credit for 56 days; pay $212. A charge of theft was dismissed.

Marissa M. Kelly, 21, Onamia, was sentenced on theft; serve 90 days, credit for 72 days, deemed satisfied; pay $137.

Chelsea M. Preston, 26, Brainerd, was sentenced on driving after suspension; pay $137. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Michelle D. Prince, 32, Aitkin, received a stay of adjudicaiton on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 30 days in jail or 45 days on EHM, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $1,075. A charge of felony theft was dismissed.

Amy L. Thacker, 41, Aitkin, was sentenced on DWI; pay $687. A similar charge was dismissed.

Raymond A. Torgerson, 64, Aitkin, was sentenced on felony threats of violence; serve 21 months; pay $137. Four similar charges, two charges of obstructing the legal process and charges of 4th degree assault of a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Torrey R. Winger, 43, Aitkin, was sentenced on felony DWI; serve 2.5 years, credit for 76 days, staggered sentence, EHM 30 days annually; pay $1,087. A similar charge and charges of driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety and expired registration were dismissed.

Michael A. Woodworth, 58, Minneapolis, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; serve 90 days; pay $137.

Chastity A. Burnette, 40, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; credit for 90 days; pay $212. A similar charge was dismissed.

Bobby L. Donnell Sr., 41, Redby, was sentenced on felony 2nd degree possession of 25 or more grams of cocaine or methamphetamine; serve 180 days, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $50. Donnell was also sentenced on felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; concurrent time served, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $212. Donnell was also sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; concurrent time served; pay $75. Charges of felony 1st degree possession of 50 grams or more of a controlled substance, felony storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child, DWI, reckless driving, giving a peace officer a false name, driving after revocation and child endangerment were dismissed.  

Rebecca J. Drobnick, 54, Appleton, received a stay of adjudication on felony 4th degree possession of controlled substance with intent to sell; serve 90 days, Huber/STS as allowed (60 days in jail and 30 days on EHM), credit for three days; pay $1,075. Charges of felony 3rd degree possession of 10 grams or more of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe and possession of a small amount of marijuana were dismissed.

Daniel E. Eastman, 44, Aitkin, was sentenced on 4th degree burglary; serve 365 days, credit for 344 days; pay $212. Eastman was also sentenced on 5th degree assault; serve 90 days, deemed satisfied; pay $50. Charges of felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, two charges of felony 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon and felony 2nd degree assault were dismissed.

Douglas J. Evens, 32, South St. Paul, received a stay of imposition on felony 3rd degree burglary; credit for 251 days; pay $1,594 including $1,382 in restitution. Charges of theft and felony failure to appear were dismissed.

Daniel I. Feltenstein, 58, Deerwood, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of not a small amount of marijuana; serve 30 days (Huber/STS as allowed) or 45 EHM; pay $3,817 including $2,742 in restitution. Two similar charges, and charges of felony 1st degree damage to property and possession of a small amount of marijuana were dismissed.

Kevin D. Fern, 60, Loretto, was sentenced on disorderly conduct; pay $137.

Shianne R. Gockowski, 34, Willow River, was sentenced on 4th degree DWI; pay $212. Gockowski was also sentenced on possession of drug paraphernalia; pay $50. A similar charge and charge of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.

Christine L. Hansen, 46, Ogilvie, received a stay of imposition on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 60 days (30 days in jail, Huber/STS as allowed, and 30 days EHM), credit for eight days; pay $662. Hansen was also sentenced on 4th degree DWI; concurrent time served; pay $50. Two charges of felony felon in possession of ammunition, felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a legend drug, no proof of insurance and 4th degree DWI were dismissed.

Colton W. Molloy, 19, Wildrose, ND, was convicted on criminal vehicular operation with no sentence pronounced; pay $50. Molloy also received a stay of imposition on felony criminal vehicular operation - great bodily harm; serve 45 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for three days; pay $48,730 including $48,593 in restitution. Molloy also received a stay of imposition on criminal vehicular operation; concurrent time served; pay $324 including $274 in restitution. Ten similar charges and two charges of 4th degree DWI were dismissed.

Jean T. Murphy, 54, McGregor, was sentenced on 2nd degree DWI; serve 60 days EHM, credit for five days; pay $1,087.  A similar charge and driving after revocation were dismissed.

Michael J. Samz, 54, Savage, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days in jail (Huber/STS as allowed) or on EHM, credit for two days; pay $1,012. A similar charge was dismissed.

Peter M. Swanson, 35, Hudson, WI, was sentenced on DWI; pay $612. A similar charge and possession of an open bottle in traffic, possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Kane W. Thurlby, 33, Swatara, was sentenced on felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; serve 15 months; pay $212. Thurlby was also sentenced on felony 1st degree DWI ; serve 66 months; pay $212. A similar charge and two charges of driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety were dismissed.

Jeffrey A. M. Turner, 24, Aitkin, received a stay of imposition on possession of a pistol without a permit; serve 30 days, Huber/STS as allowed, credit for 13 days, 20 hours community service; pay $462.  Turner was also sentenced on 4th degree DWI; concurrent time served; pay $50. Turner was also sentenced on giving a peace officer a false name/birthdate/ID card; concurrent time served; pay $50. Charges of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, giving a peace officer a false name of another person, no proof of insurance, driving after suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Brandi A. Tesch, 37, Duluth, was sentenced on issuing a dishonored check; credit for seven days; pay $317 including $130 in restitution.
