Appearing in Aitkin County Court before Judge Kristine DeMay, Judge Erik Askegaard, Judge Michele Davis and Judge David Hermerding on May 7, 8, 10, 13, 14, 20 and 21 :

Alison M. Bennett, 22, Aitkin, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 30 days, credit for three days, Electronic Home Monitoring (EHM) allowed; pay $1,092. Similar charges were dismissed.

Nycole L. Braun, 25, Aitkin, was sentenced on theft; pay $392 including restitution.

Melinda J. Juleen, 38, Luck, Wis., was sentenced on disorderly conduct; credit for three days; pay $362.

Sunshine D. Smith, 19, Warroad, was sentenced on 4th degree criminal damage to property; pay $864 including restitution. Charges of felony threats of violence were dismissed.

Tyler J. Blackwood, 25, Hinckley, was sentenced on DWI; pay $687. Similar charges were dismissed.

Brandy L. Chouinard, 35, McGregor, was sentenced on felony 1st degree possession of a controlled substance; credit for 97 days; pay $212. Similar charges and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, felon in possession of firearm, felon  in possession of ammunition, felony store methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child, child endangerment and giving a peace officer a false name were dismissed.

Bryan A. Cordell, 56, Minneapolis, received a stay of adjudication on driving after revocation; pay $5. Charges of speeding 70/55 were dismissed.

Richard E. Cox, 80, McGregor, was sentenced on duty to drive with due care; pay $287 and restitution.

Caitlin J. Eads, 49, Champlin, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; credit for three days; pay $500. Charges of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, and two charges of 5th degree possession of schedule 1,2,3, 4 - not small amount of marijuana were dismissed.

William C. Eads, 59, Champlin, received a stay of adjudication on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; credit for three days; pay $300. Charges of felony 5th degree conspiracy to commit controlled substance sale, no proof of insurance, speeding 77/55, 5th degree possession of schedule 1,2,3,4 - not small amount of marijuana and 5th degree possession of a controlled  substance were dismissed.

Azure D. Elling, 42, Mora, was sentenced on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 60 days, credit for seven days, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $362. Charges of child endangerment, possession of a small amount of marijuana, felony storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Azure was also sentenced on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 180 days, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $212. Azure was also sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 180 days, credit for three days Huber/STS allowed; pay $50. Similar charges were dismissed.

Kimberly M. Feltenstein, 54, Coon Rapids, was sentenced on possession of drug paraphernalia; pay $212. Charges of felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance were dismissed. Feltenstein was also sentenced on possession of a small amount of marijuana; pay $50.

Mary A. Foix, 41, Grand Rapids, was sentenced on 3rd degree DWI; serve 335 days, credit for three days, Huber/STS as allowed; pay $1,092. Similar charges and charges of driving after revocation were dismissed.

Andrew J. Green, 34, International Falls, was sentenced on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance;  serve 90 days, credit for 25 days; pay $1,092. Green was also sentenced on 4th degree DWI - operate a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance; concurrent sentence; pay $50. Charges of no proof of insurance, 4th degree DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Andrew E. Heiderscheid, 29, Aitkin, was sentenced on felony 3rd degree burglary; pay $1,172 including restitution. Charges of felony 4th degree controlled substance sale, felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Heiderscheid was also sentenced on felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; pay $212.

Kyle  M. Jackman, 32, Duluth, received a stay of imposition on 5th degree possession of a controlled substance; serve 30 days or 45 days on EHM, credit for three days; pay $1,062. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding 38/30 were dismissed.

Adam J. Jendro, 45, Brooklyn Park, was sentenced on felony 2nd degree burglary; serve 38 months; pay $18,177. Jendro was also sentenced on felony theft; serve 21 months; pay $2,637 including restitution. Jendro was also sentenced on felony theft; serve 21 months; pay $2,288 including restitution. Charges of felony possession of stolen property and possession of stolen property were dismissed.

Keely N. Jones, 20, Onamia, was sentenced on no Minnesota driver’s license; pay $362.

Michael W. Keyes, 66, Ham Lake, was sentenced on speeding 57/55; pay $87.

Kayla R. Mead, 23, Randall, received a stay of adjudication on driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle.

Tina M. Miller, 48, Cohasset, was sentenced on no proof of insurance; credit for five days; pay $462.

Debra L. Nacey, 61, Aitkin, was sentenced on felony 2nd degree possession of a controlled substance; credit for 286 days; pay $462. Charges of felony 1st degree sale, felony 1st degree possession of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine or cocaine, felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, 4th degree DWI and DWI were dismissed.

Dianne E. Pennington, 60, Aitkin, was sentenced 3rd degree DWI; credit for three days; pay $1,017. Similar charges were dismissed.

Pennie A. Reinhart, 62, McGregor, was sentenced on school bus stop arm violation; pay $462.

Josiah J. Tribbett, 36, Grand Rapids, was sentenced on driving after suspension; pay $137.

William H. Hess Jr., 49, Hill City, was sentenced on felony violate harassment restraining order; serve 90 days; pay $987. Charges of felony harassment - restraining order - violate while possessing a dangerous weapon were dismissed.

Michael T. Penman, 43, McGregor, was sentenced on felony threats of violence; serve 21 months; pay $137. Charges of felony 3rd degree assault were dismissed.
