The public hearing will be to consider a zoning application from Paulbecks Real Property, LLC, requesting a conditional use permit to construct an addition to the existing building which will increase the existing impervious surface on the property identified as PID#56-0-181801. The property is located at 171 Red Oak Drive and is the site of Paulbecks County Market. All persons wishing to be heard on the above items should attend the meeting.
