The address of the property being considered for the conditional use permit is 1410 357th Street, which is located in the northeast quadrant of 357th Street and 130th Avenue in the City of Onamia and has Property Identification Number 22-006-0200 A variance application from Uniti Towers/AT&T Mobility for additional structure height of 45 feet and a reduction in setback width by 48 feet to construct a 245 telecommunications tower and related equipment on property located in the A Agricultural District. The address of the property being considered for the variance application is 1410 357th Street, which is located in the northeast quadrant of 357th Street and 130th Avenue in the City of Onamia and has Property Identification Number 22-006-0200 Copies of the variance application are available for inspection at Onamia City Hall prior to and during the public hearing. Persons who desire to be heard with reference to this matter will be heard at the planning commission meeting.
