Central Lakes College Upward Bound program is currently accepting applications for new students.
Upward Bound works to stimulate interest in college among students of low-income families or families in which there is little history of college study. The program provides role models of college-educated students and academic assistance to prepare participants for the challenge of study beyond high school.
Students requesting an application must be in 8th-11th grade and attend Isle, Onamia, Nay Ah Shing or Pierz High School.
Upward Bound students receive educational support through the school year and take part in a six-week summer program. Students interested in the program should contact Academic Advisor Susan Roering at (218) 855-8011 or firstname.lastname@example.org. To learn more visit: http://www.clcmn.edu/-trio-upward-bound-3/
