Teal's Market food shelf campaign

For the cause

Teal’s customer Jan Halpin of Isle handed an extra dollar to cashier Carolyn Lascon in support of a two-week campaign sponsored by Teal’s Market to help the local food shelf.

“I Bagged Hunger In My Neighborhood” is the title given to a two-week promotion sponsored by Teal’s Market in Isle for the purpose of aiding the local food shelf.

From Monday, Oct. 28 through Sunday, Nov. 10, every dollar donated by Teal’s patrons will be matched up to $500 by Teal’s Corporation.

Isle’s Teal’s store manager Rhonda Skoog said, “Last year we raised $1,950 in this promotion, and this year we are looking to surpass that amount.”
