According to Casey’s District Manager Paul Wyman, the new Casey’s Convenience Store located just off Hwy. 169 in south Onamia is set to open its doors as scheduled on Thursday, Sept. 19.
Wayman said the new store will open for business on the 19th and will have a two-day grand opening on Oct. 4 and 5, featuring prizes and store specials.
Wyman mentioned some of the features of the new store besides gasoline, including pizza and donuts made in house each day and the fact that the store is set to be open seven days a week from 5 a.m. through 11 p.m.
“We are the fifth largest pizza chain in the United States, and we are known for making our pies from scratch,” Wyman said.
The manager also mentioned that he will be looking into adding more grocery items to this store (including the possibility of an expanded meat section) considering the fact that Onamia is currently without a grocery store.
