Those looking for relaxation and pain relief now have a new option along Isle Main Street. At Massage and Wellness on Mille Lacs, Tracy Gallati offers a variety massaging services for rest, relaxation and pain relief.

Gallati has been serving massage clients since 2004. She previously operated a Mora location, Massage Elite, which offered a full spa experience. Her background includes a master’s degree in sports medicine and business administration, and she has been clinically certified in a multitude of massage modalities, including trigger point, Swedish, stone, geriatric, medical, sports, deep tissue and myofascial. “Each massage therapist is different,” Gallati said. “I try to focus on wellness and pain management more than anything.” She specializes in providing relief for carpal tunnel, chronic headache, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, muscle spasms as well as rehabilitative massage. Gallati has previously served as general manager at an Adeva Salon and as an interim professor at Rasmussen College. She has also done work as a first responder.

Five years ago, she moved to Mille Lacs Lake and has been servicing massage customers at her home. Now, Gallati’s massaging services will be available on Isle Main Street to both old and new customers alike.

Massage and Wellness on Mille Lacs has two separate therapy rooms, each outfitted with a massage table. Gallati added that these rooms can be quickly converted to relaxation rooms if need be.

In the upcoming months, the location’s services will continue to expand. In December, CBD oil massages will be offered. Starting January, retail products will be available, as well as YoPiCize classes, which focus on low impact movement exercise. In addition to massaging, Gallati is also a certified health coach through Medifast, offering coaching for weight loss. Massage and Wellness on Mille Lacs will offers discounts for Medifast and Optavia products that can be ordered and picked up at the store. There is no membership or joiner’s fee, the only cost is for products. “Anyone looking to feel confident and feel better about themselves for the new year are welcome to come in for a free consultation,” Gallati added.

For a limited time, Gallati will also be offering free 30-minute massages for first time customers. This offer can be further upgraded with a steamy towel and heated stones for just $30.

Massage and Wellness on Mille Lacs will be open by appointment. Gallati said that she will be available Monday through Saturday with times ranging from 8:30 a.m. into the evening. Should customers need evening appointments, Gallati said she would be able to accommodate them. She also intentionally keeps time slots open throughout the day should customers ever need a same day appointment.
