The following individuals have recently been charged with felonies in Mille Lacs County District Court

Michael Peter Henderson, 52, of Milaca, was charged on or about Aug. 21, 2018, with one felony count of terroristic threats. Henderson was scheduled to be seen in Mille Lacs County District Court on March 12.

Damon Michael Fenske, 25, of Minneapolis, was charged on or about Feb. 22 with one felony count of receiving stolen property, one felony count of motor vehicle theft and one misdemeanor count of theft of motor vehicle fuel. Fenske is scheduled to be seen in Mille Lacs County District Court on May 21.

Karissa Leigh Nickaboine, 27, of Onamia, was charged on or about March 15, with one felony count of theft, one gross misdemeanor count of fifth-degree drug possession and one misdemeanor count of possession of hypodermic syringes/needles. Nickaboine is scheduled to be seen in Mille Lacs County District Court on May 13.

Elijah Ashanti Shaw, 23, of Elk River, was charged on or about March 16 with one felony count of violating a domestic abuse order for protection and one gross misdemeanor count of interfering with an emergency telephone call or communications. Shaw was scheduled to be seen in Mille Lacs County District Court on March 18.

Jordan Lowell Knosalla, 42, of Foreston, was charged on or about March 16, with one felony count of third-degree assault causing substantial bodily harm and one misdemeanor count of fifth-degree assault. Knosalla is scheduled to be seen in Mille Lacs County District Court on March 26. Update: May 16, 2019- Charges against Knosalla have been dismissed due to prosecutorial discretion, according to the Mille Lacs County Attorney’s Office. The case does remain under active investigation, according to the Attorney’s Office.

Andrew Michael Caldwell, 35, of Anoka, was charged on or about March 16, with one felony count of third-degree assault causing substantial bodily harm and one misdemeanor count of fifth-degree assault. Caldwell is scheduled to be seen in Mille Lacs County District Court on March 26.
