The following individuals have recently been charged with felonies in Mille Lacs County District Court

Lucas Charles Anderson, 24, of Zimmerman, was charged on or about March 24, 2018, with one felony count of fourth-degree assault on a correctional facility employee or other qualified person, intentionally transferring bodily fluids. Anderson is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on May 28.

Thomas James Mcintosh, 31, of Foley, was charged on or about April 22 with two felony counts of fifth-degree drug possession, one misdemeanor count of DWI - operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and one misdemeanor count of DWI - operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol concentration over .08. Mcintosh was scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on April 30.

Daniel Gregory Lasker, 69, of Zimmerman, was charged on or about April 22 with one felony count of theft. Lasker is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on May 7.

Carrie Ann Eckert, 50, of Milaca, was charged on or about April 24 with one felony count of fifth-degree drug possession. Eckert is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on June 11.

Thomas Allen Bouressa, 46, of Foley, was charged on or about April 25 with one felony count of fifth-degree drug possession. Bouressa is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on June 25.

It is the Messenger’s policy to cover all incidents in Mille Lacs County that result in felony charges filed in Mille Lacs District Court. Lesser charges may be covered if they are included in the felony complaint, concern public figures, serious injury or death, an imminent threat to public safety or at the Messenger’s discretion.
