The following individuals have recently been charged with felonies in Mille Lacs County District Court

Tylor James Poganski, 23, of Princeton, was charged on or about April 19 with one felony count of second-degree burglary of a dwelling, one felony count of second-degree burglary, possessing tools to gain access to money or property and one felony count of possession or burglary or theft tools. Poganski is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on June 25.

Phillip Maurice Harrington, Jr., 26, of Onamia, was charged on or about May 3 with one felony count of fifth-degree drug possession. Harrington is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on Aug. 13.

Bradley Douglas Nelson, 27, of Milaca, was charged on or about May 6 with one felony count of violating a domestic abuse no contact order. Nelson is scheduled to appear in Mille Lacs County District Court on May 21.

It is the Messenger’s policy to cover all incidents in Mille Lacs County that result in felony charges filed in Mille Lacs District Court. Lesser charges may be covered if they are included in the felony complaint, concern public figures, serious injury or death, an imminent threat to public safety or at the Messenger’s discretion.
