Come on in to the fair! Wednesday, Aug. 7 – Sunday, Aug. 11.

The fair opens at noon on Wednesday and admission is $3 as not all buildings and exhibits are available.

Thursday – Sunday, admission is $5 daily or you can purchase a wristband for $10 that is good for all 5 days. Age 6 and under are free.

Veterans and active military are free with military ID. There is also free parking.

Pets are not allowed on the Mille Lacs County fairgrounds, with the exception of service dogs or animals approved as part of an exhibition. Service dogs are those that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

Special events at the grandstand include the following:

• Wednesday: Stock Lawn and Garden Pull, 6 p.m., (free admission). Sponsored by the Hairy Mosquito and promoted by The Mille Lacs County Dirt Devils Garden Tractor Pulling Club

• Thursday: Tractor Pull, 6 p.m., Sponsored by Midwest Machinery Co.

• Friday: Princeton Speedway Races, 7 p.m. Back to School Night by Viking Coke. IMCA Hobby Stocks, IMCA Sport Mods, IMCA Sport Compacts, Wissota Super Stocks, Micro Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, Wissota Mod 4’s.

• Saturday: Demo Derby featuring NEW Garden Tractor Demolition as the first event! 7:30 p.m

• Sunday: Automotive Barrel Racing 1:00pm (free admission)
