The Isle Huskies baseball team closed out their 2019 regular season schedule with an 14-11 loss to the Rush City Tigers.
The game featured a dramatic turn-around on the part of Isle, who, down 10-1 heading into the bottom of the fifth, put together an astounding 10-run inning to take an 11-10 lead.
Rush City, however, regained the lead in the top of the sixth, scoring four runs that held up until the end.
Seven of the nine Isle players had at least one hit, with Daniel Miller and Darin Brandt each cracking out two.
Because of the pitch count, Isle had to insert relievers with little experience and that led to the late-game troubles.
